The contract cancellation under the russian legislation 

In general rule, if parties do not stipulate the possibility of the contract cancellation by one party the contract can be cancelled only by a parties` agreement. 

However in case one party is in an essential breach of the contract the injured party shall have the right to cancel the contract notwithstanding the contract does not provide that possibility.  

В случае если гражданским кодексом предусмотрена возможность расторжения договора в одностороннем порядке сторона будет иметь данную возможность даже если в договоре стороны предусмотрели иное.
